The Freeze Factory aims for your sweets and treats to be delivered undamaged. Please note some treats are fragile and unfortunately heavy handling by Aust Post may result in possible breakages during transport. This does not affect the amazing taste of our freeze-dried sweets and treats.

Packaged and sealed in a high quantity pouch for freshness. Onced opened keep sealed to retain that freeze-dried crunch. If left open to the elements they can absorb moisture from the air making them lose their crunch and freshness. Always seal tight for longer lasting freshness. Keep out of direct sunlight.
